Review
The Shoyu/Tonkotsu Ramen has a delicious pork bone flavor with a slightly thick broth. It is served at a satisfying temperature and has the kind of depth that makes the bowl especially enjoyable.
The noodles are wavy and fairly standard. The bamboo shoots lack much seasoning, but the soft-boiled egg is flavorful and nicely cooked. The braised pork belly is tender, thick, and well-seasoned.
The warm welcome in Japanese on arrival and the traditional Japanese noren curtain in the dining room give the restaurant a Japanese atmosphere. The food and setting make this a satisfying stop, and I would return when I am in northern Ohio.
