Review
The Sukiyaki Ramen has a delicious, dashi-forward sukiyaki broth. The beef is very tender and well-seasoned, and the cabbage, mushrooms, onions, and carrots have absorbed the flavor nicely.
Instead of typical ramen noodles, this bowl uses udon noodles. They work well with the broth, but they also make the dish feel less clearly like ramen.
The toppings are satisfying, but I finished the udon quickly. A slightly larger udon portion would make the bowl feel more complete, although the flavorful broth and toppings still make it a distinctive option.
