Review
The Tonkotsu Ramen has a smooth, milky broth rather than a rich, concentrated tonkotsu. The black garlic oil adds a welcome punch and gives the broth more character.
The smoked pork belly is thick, tender, and well-seasoned. The soft-boiled egg is cooked nicely, and the wakame, nori, and crispy leeks add variety to the bowl.
The noodles are overly soft and not to my taste. At $21, the bowl feels fairly ordinary for its price, so I would not return specifically to order it again.
