Review
The broth felt like it was made with real Japanese curry. It was served very hot, thick, and rich, and the flavor was definitely good. However, the soup was so thick that it made the ramen a bit hard to eat. Personally, I wish the curry broth were more watery.
The noodles here were not gummy at all and were actually very enjoyable. Dipping the tonkatsu into the curry broth was especially delicious and worked really well.
Overall, this bowl was unique and tasty, but also a bit hard to eat because of how thick the broth was.
