Review
The noodles felt different from the last time I visited, and they seemed improved compared to before.
The broth wasn’t piping hot and the flavor was a bit light. There was a lot of black garlic oil and green onions, which made it hard to fully enjoy the original tonkotsu flavor. The chashu was simply seasoned pork belly, which was a little disappointing. The bamboo shoots also didn’t have much flavor.
