Review
The interior was clean with counter seats facing the kitchen and booth seating for groups. The booth walls were decorated with lots of anime artwork, which gave the place a fun vibe.
The most memorable part of the bowl was the soup. It was too creamy with a thick texture. However, there wasn't much the pork oil, and flavor was weak for a tonkotsu broth. The noodles reminded me of cafeteria-style ramen in Japan, with a slightly gummy texture that I didn’t really enjoy. I also feel that red pickled ginger and corn don’t go well with tonkotsu ramen. The bamboo shoots didn’t have much seasoning either.
